The Wyoming State Bar today announced that 22 people have been recommended for admission to practice law in Wyoming.

Wyoming Supreme Court Chief Justice E. James Burke, who acts as Chairman of the Judicial Nominating Commission, announced that Eighth Judicial District Court Judge John C. Brooks will be retiring from the court, effective August 4, 2017.

The Wyoming State Bar in partnership with the Equal Justice Wyoming Foundation today announced that on March 16, 2017, Wyoming lawyers will be visiting nearly every fifth-grade classroom in the state to give a one-hour presentation about the U.S. Constitution, the Bill of Rights and Amendments. The program is known as Liberty Day.
