The Wyoming Supreme Court has issued a 30-day order of suspension commencing April 1, 2019, to Casper attorney Donald L. Tolin.

The Wyoming State Bar today announced that 15 attorneys have been suspended from the practice of law in Wyoming for failing to comply with Article I, Sec. 5(b) of the Bylaws of the Wyoming State Bar by not paying their annual license fees.

The Wyoming Supreme Court today issued an order suspending Casper attorney Kara Crawford-Fink from the practice of law for a period of 120 days, effective December 14, 2018. 

The Wyoming State Bar is pleased to announce that it has joined 31 other states in implementing a military spouse licensing rule. Effective October 1, 2018, military spouses and domestic partners may apply for admission to practice law without examination, and their temporary license will last for as long as the servicemember’s orders keep the family in Wyoming
